Today was a fairly exciting day at work. I come into work hearing praises from the store manager and the other assistant managers that were present in the morning. It was an awfully busy day of customer service and down stpcking items that were located on pallets up on the overhead. Everything went smoothly, besides a customer that had a really think accent, which I could hardly understand because of it. Besides that, I saw a familiar face that I haven't seen in months at work, my buddy Ian from Floor & Wall. We used to close every Thursday and Friday, and now, there's no one really to talk to. Dude, I totally forgot that Ian from Electrical closes with me.
Anyway, I left work an hour early since there were already 3 other employees from Plumbing on the floor. As soon as I stepped foot out of the work perimeter, I raced home to change my polo into a nice shirt before heading over to pick up my date to the car show at the San Diego Convention Center. I rang the doorbell, and after slowly swinging the door open, my first thought of her when I saw her was the word 'sexy'. It just best describes what she was wearing. No matter what she wears, she always makes it look sooo good. She's really an incredible girl that's one in a million.
There were some beautiful cars there ranging from the infamous Dodge Magnum that Jaina & her girl friends talk about to the new Chevy Camaro to the Mini Cooper to the BMW M6 to the Aston Martin DBS, which I thought was the absolute best car I had seen there. Everything about the car was beautiful. I just instantly fell in love with it. A car on my wish list for Santa next year...if I win the lotto, it'll be an early gift. We took a couple pictures of cars which we thought were worthy of taking pictures with or of and the exception of motorcycles they also had there from the BMW K1200 to the Suzuki Hiyabusa 1350. Lots of beautiful cars there.
Afterwards, we stopped through Pho Cadao for pho, egg rolls and tai tea w/o boba. The restaurant was packed, thus resulting in a little longer wait for the food than expected. Otherwise, the food was exceptional. Filled my tummy and made me fat. Then headed back to Jaina's house to chill and relax. Spent some wonderful time with her, although I wanted to hold her in my arms a little bit more. Besides all that, we watched some programs on television. My favorite show out of the shows we watched was 'Ninja Warrior'.
After that, I decided to go home and sleep for the great shift of a 5AM start. Whoopie...more like noooooooo!! Bit whatever I get off with time to spare in the evening. Later in the day, Janey is bringing me along to accompany for her God-sisters birthday dinner and celebration over at Silk in Temecula...what else is there in Temecula??
